Mary died at the age of 74 in Corpus Christi, TX on March 8, 1984 in a Nursing Home in Corpus after a long illness.She was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church of Beaumont, TX. She lived in Beaumont, TX until 1974. She was employed at Town House Beauty Salon on West Lucas. She was married to Howard Leland Bair on April 10, 1937 in Iowa City, Iowa. He died December 27, 1973 in Beaumont, TX. Her parents were John Joseph Lumsden and Clara Rummelhart Lumsden both of Iowa City, Iowa.Mary and Howard had two children John Howard and Robert Raymond Bair. Memorial Mass was Celebrated at St. Pius X Catholic Church on March 12, 1984 in Corpus Christi, TX with Monsignor Adams officiating. Mary was cremated and her ashes buried with her husband in Magnolia Cemetery in Beaumont, TX.
