Jill Renee Kasselman, age 36, died Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2011 at her home in Fort Worth, Texas. She was born Aug. 22, 1975 in Wichita.
Jill was an honor student and cheerleader at Pratt High School and a cheerleader at Pratt Community College for one year. She was a member of Alpha Sigma Alpha sorority and in her senior year at Pittsburg State University working on a bachelor's degree in nursing when she was in an accident.
She is survived by her father, Ed wife Lyda Kasselman of Pratt; her mother, Rhonda and husband Ron Culp of Fort Worth; two brothers, Joe Kasselman of Clarksville, Tenn., and Dylan Culp of Fort Worth; and a grandmother, Buena Baird of Fort Scott and will be missed by many friends.
She was preceded in death by three grandparents, George Baird, Edward and Jessie Kasselman.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at Larrison Mortuary, 300 Country Club Rd., Pratt. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 3 at the mortuary. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Pratt.
Memorials may be made to Jill Kasselman Scholarship Fund at Pittsburg State in care of the mortuary.
