Mrs. Dalsie Hagan Waters, 95, died Wednesday, April 20, 2002, at Bethany Nursing Center in Vidalia. Mrs. Waters was a Bulloch County native until six years ago when she moved to Bethany Nursing Center in Vidalia. Mrs. Waters was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church since 1916. She was active in the Sunday school class and the United Methodist Women. She was a past member of the Blue Ray Chapter, Order of Eastern Star.

Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Paul and Marylyn Waters of Greenville, S.C.; her daughter and son-in-law, Faye and Waugh of Vidalia; a daughter-in-law, Margarita Waters of Ellabell; her brother, Dan Hagan of Statesboro; two sisters, Mary Boyd of Savannah and Inez Hutchings of Macon, eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at New Hope United Methodist church with the Rev. Vance Riggins officiating. Burial will be in New Hope United Methodist Church Cemetery. Hodges-Turner-Anderson Funeral Home.
