Coral had four siblings, the first two died in infancy: Ernest Le Roy "Roy" Baichtal (b. 1881, d. 1882), Edith "Blanche" Baichtal (b. 1883, d. 1884), Lena Elma Baichtal (b. 1886, d. 1959) and James Fay Baichtal (b. 1888, d. 1979).
She was married to Fred Wilber Ellis (b. 1889, d. 1955) on February 10, 1916 in Avoca, Iowa.
Together they had two children: Barbara Carol (Jones) Ellis (b. 1918, d. 2002) and Ewing Edward Ellis (b. 1924, d. 2001). After her husband Fred Ellis's passing in 1955, she was remarried to Frank Wilson (b. 1886, d.1968) in 1961.
On Thanksgiving eve 1967, Coral and her husband Frank Wilson, were walking home from an evening service at the Methodist Church when she was struck and killed by a car while crossing Main Street in Sac City.
Coral was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
