Ella Julia Anderson, 88, of Beaver Crossing died Friday, Sept. 21, at Milford. She was born near Seward on June 20, 1891, to William and Matilda Meyer Barthold. She was a member of the United Church of Christ, Goehner and of the church's Women's Fellowship.
Survivors include her husband, John; one son, Meyer of Friend; one daughter, Viola (Mrs. Don) Anderson of LaMesa, Calif.; one sister-in-law, Frieda Meyer of Beaver Crossing; 6 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
Services were held Tuesday, Sept. 25, at the United Church of Christ, Goehner, the Rev. Dallas Bird officiating. Burial was at the Beaver Crossing Cemetery. Pallbearers were her grandsons: Carlisle Anderson, Robert Anderson, Richard Anderson, Ervin Dvorak, Blaine Anderson, and John Anderson.
