Born June 17, 1907, east of Rossville, son of George and Clara (Fibbit) Lee, he was married on January 29, 1935, to Dortha Mason, who survives. Other survivors include one son, Larry Joe, at home; two daughters, Linda and Bonnie, at home; three sisters, Mrs. Rosa Bosworth of Flora, Mrs. Ola Leader of Lafayette, and Mrs. Inez Carroll of Logansport; and three brothers, Paul of Cambria, Earl of Muncie, and Harvey of Frankfort route 7.
He was a farmer and was a member of the Madison Township Farm Bureau and the Mulberry Methodist church. He lived on the Mrs. Will Rex farm north of Mulberry.
Funeral services were conducted at 2 p. m. Thursday at the Kleinsmith Funeral Home, with Rev. C. D. Siple and Rev. W. J. Butt officiating. Burial was in the Zion cemetery, Flora.
