Anna Roberts Abbott, 86, of Maplesville, died Monday, February 21, 2011 at Hatley Health Care, Clanton. She was born on Friday, July 4, 1924 in Chilton Co., AL, daughter of the late Milton H. Roberts and the late Lilian Hayes Roberts. She was a homemaker.
Surviving are her daughter, Myra (Curtis) Williams of Clanton, AL; 2 sons, Jimmy (Shirley) Abbott of Maplesville, AL, Billy (Elaine) Abbott of Maplesville, AL; 4 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Abbott and son, Charles G. Abbott.
Services will be Thursday, Feb. 24, 2011, at 11 a.m. at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church with Rev. Ricky Coburn and Rev. Thurmond Cleckler officiating. Interment will follow in Pilgrim Rest Cemetery, Maplesville, AL.
