Charles Eugene Kennedy was born in Ohio. I have no information regarding his family. He married Lizzie Elnora Northrop, who was much older than he was. They had no children. Charles Eugene worked for the railroad at the Panama Canal. At one point, Elnora had to escort him to the Army hospital in Colorado.
