Cookeville- Funeral services for Mrs. Vola F. Holloway, of 357 Highland St. Cookeville, will be conducted at 2 p.m. today in the chapel of Hooper & Huddleston Funeral Home.
Mrs. Holloway was dead on arrival at Cookeville General Hospital on Friday (Feb, 3, 1984). She was 87.
Burial will be in Burris Cemetert in Jackson County. Officiating at today's services will be the Rev. Charles Crain.
Mrs Holloway was a native of Tennessee, daughter of the late George Robert and Ada Bell Dennis Bean.
Her family includes a son, Billy G. Holloway, of the Hanging Limb community; three grandchildrenm Nancy, Chris and Beth Ann Holloway; two brothers Tom Bean of Cookeville and Otha Bean of Algood; and a sister Mrs. Mae Alexander of Cookeville.
She is buried next to her daughter, Linda Fay, (b. 6 Nov 1939, died five days later on 11 Nov 1939) memorial id 82756017
