Alta married William A. Sullivan on May 24, 1916 in Council Bluffs, Pottawattamie County, Iowa. They were divorced in Ogallala, Keith County, Nebraska on April 2, 1917. Her maiden name Osborn was restored. Information taken from the divorce decree and her second marriage license.

Alta married Charles P. Scovill on September 8, 1937 in Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska. (Vol. 70 Page 319)

Note - Alta's obituary has her being born on March 19, 1883 in North Platte, Lincoln County, Nebraska. Her 1937 marriage has her being born in Missouri as does most census.
