Judith A. Rhodes, 62, of Woodbridge died Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2008, at home.
Born in Alexandria, Va., she was a resident of Woodbridge for 29 years. She was a legal secretary for Dughi, Hewitt and Palatucci in Cranford for 15 years and retired in 2001. She was a communicant of St. James R.C. Church, Woodbridge. She was a former member of the Junior Woman's League of Rahway.
She was predeceased by a sister, Marion Cole, in 1999.
She is survived by her husband, Michael J. Rhodes, to whom she was married almost 36 years, and a daughter, Erin Rhodes and her fiance John Olsen of Brooklyn, N.Y.
Funeral services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 6, at Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, followed by a 9 a.m. Mass of Christian burial at St. James R.C. Church, Woodbridge. Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery, Metuchen. Visitation will be held Saturday evening from 7 p.m.-9 p.m., and Sunday from 2 p.m.-4 p.m. and 7 p.m.-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
