Judy Lamanno, 67 of Sugar Creek, MO passed away Sunday, December 7, 2003 at MCI. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 am Thursday, December 11, 2003 at St. Cyrils Catholic Church, Sugar Creek, MO. Visitation from 6-8:30 pm Wednesday, December 10, 2003 at George C. Carson & Sons Funeral Home, with a rosary service at 7:30 pm at the funeral home. Burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Raytown, MO. Contributions to the American Lung Association or the Emphysema Association. Judy had worked for several years for St. Anns and St. Cyrils Parishes and for the Diocese of Kansas City - St. Joseph. Judy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister and will be greatly missed. Judy was born May 24, 1936 in Lenexa, KS the daughter of Francis E. & Odelia Fanning. She is survived by her husband Joe Lamanno of 43 years. They were married September 5, 1960. Also surviving are one son, Mark E. and wife (Jerry) Lamanno, Blue Springs, MO, and three daughters, Mary Salva and husband Bill, Sugar Creek, MO and Lori Lamanno and Nancy Lamanno, Sugar Creek, MO, seven grandchildren, two brothers, Francis E. and wife (Helen) Fanning, Wichita, KS, and Allan and wife (Judith) Fanning, Kansas City, MO, one brother- in-law, Victor Lamanno, Independence, MO, and two sister-in-laws, Fran Cresswell, Independence, MO and Santina Vento, Lees Summit, MO.
