Earl H. Swallow, 91, originally from Cotton County, Okla., passed away Aug. 20, 2011, in Pueblo. He was preceded in death by the "Love of His Life" Doris Marguerite; his second wife, Eileen; daughter, Doris Lucinda; son, David Douglas; parents, Bob and Lizzie; brothers, Roy, Walter "Coots", Robert, Lloyd and J.C.; sisters, Edna, Mabel, Lillie and Thelma. He left behind a very special sister, Jewel Marie Stine of Lawton, Okla. He will be greatly missed by his sons, Tom, John (Kim) and Tim; grandchildren, Rod, Ambria, Kaila, Krysta, Joshua, Jaden and Summer; great- grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was raised as a cotton farmer in Oklahoma and served his country with the Conservation Corps. Earl left his home for Colorado where he met the "Love of his life," started their family and fostered many children. He worked for School District 60 as a custodian and boiler man. Earl loved to camp, fish, hunt, spend time with family and friends and watch the Denver Broncos. He was quick with a smile and loved a good joke. "OH MAN" we will miss you. Visitation, 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday and funeral service, 10 a.m. Thursday, both at Adrian Comer Garden Chapel. Interment, Imperial Memorial Gardens. Online condolences, www.adrian-comer.com.
