By the time of the 1910 census he and Mary are living alone in Mobile Ward 8, Mobile, Alabama
The 1920 census finds them at age 74 in Fairhope and Zundels, Baldwin, Alabama. Living in the home was Robert S Lyon (their son) and Wilma E Lyons (presumed wife of Robert) and Lois Lyon age 9 (presumed child of Robert and Lois).
At age 84 in 1930 the census finds them living together in Los Angeles, Los Angeles, California.
