Vincent Lowe, 27, former resident of Park City, Utah and son of Mrs. Jennie S. Lowe of Park City, died Friday in Honolulu, Hawaii, of a skull fracture suffered Wednesday in a motorcycle accident, according to word received here by relatives. Mr. Lowe was a passenger on a motorcycle which went out of control and overturned in a ditch. The driver of the motorcycle whose name not learned here, was reported seriously injured. Mr. Lowe was a civilian employee of the U.S. Navy at the time of the accident. Mr. Lowe was born January 29, 1915, at Park City, son of Oscar and Jennie S. Lowe. His father died four years ago. While living in Park City, he was an employee at the mill of the Silver King Coalition Mines Company. He left here in 1940 going to Cleveland, Ohio, and later to Tacoma, Washington where he was employed by the Tacoma-Seattle Shipbuilding Company. When the Navy called for volunteer workers for Hawaii, Mr. Lowe volunteered and after the outbreak of the war went to the Hawaiian Islands. Surviving are his mother, two sisters: Mrs. Mamie Adamson of Brigham City, Utah and Mrs. Ellen L. Brooks of Park City; a brother Oscar G. Lowe of Bremerton, Washington.
