HAYWOOD News, June 25th

This community was made sad last Saturday, 23 Jun 1928 when death came to old "Uncle" Tom Bailey. He had been in bad health for some time. He leaves a wife, four children, and a host of friends and relatives to mourn his passing. He will not only be missed in his home but by all who knew him, for he was a man who tried to treat everyone as he wanted to be treated
