Charles Albert Brown 77 passed away 10 June 1930 at his home in Chanute, Kansas following a three week illness.
Mr. Brown was born in Marindo, Iowa on 22 July 1852.
Mr. Brown was married on 12 June 1884 to Sarah Jane Davis in Marindo, Iowa.
Mr. & Mrs. Brown moved to Chanute, Kansas from Ash Flat Arkansas ten months ago. Mr. Brown was a tinder by trade.
Mr. Brown is survived by: four daughters; Mrs. Guy Donovan of Kansas; Mrs. J.W. Crout of Texas; Mrs. Minnie Deitzman of Missouri; Mr. Nellie Ayala of Mexico; & two brothers John Leo Brown of Missouri & Leonard J. Brown of Arkansas.
Funeral services will be held at the Wilson & Johnson Chapel interment will be at Elmwood Cemetery.
