V. Sammie Lewellyn Abbott, 91, died Feb. 23, 2005, at Countryside Manor after an extended illness.
She was co-owner of The Lewellyn Studios in Elwood and Anderson.
Survivors include a son, Stephen B. Lewellyn; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Tony Lewellyn; and second husband, Lee Roy Abbott.
A graveside service will be held at East Maplewood Cemetery.
