Thomas Grant Sessions Neath, a lifelong resident of Bountiful, died December 2, 1990, of natural causes.
Born in Bountiful, October 20, 1904, to Thomas and Susan G. Sessions Neath. Married Emma Klages, August 14, 1930, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She died August 3, 1961. Married June Gleave, September 1, 1966, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Served in the Swiss-German mission. Retired after 33 years from AMOCO Oil in 1961. Former president of the Bountiful Lions Club and commander of the Bountiful Jeep Posse. Actively involved in scouting his entire life. Eagle Scout. Served in the 21st and 40th Ward Bishoprics. Temple worker in the Salt Lake and Ogden Temples. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and anything that involved the great outdoors. He was always proud of his yard and gardens. Loving husband, father, grandfather, friend, we will all miss you dearly.
Survived by children, Stephen K. Neath, Bountiful; EmmaLou Bardall, Woods Cross; Jewel Smith, Bountiful; Janice Argyle, Woods Cross; Louise McDonald, Bountiful; Dallas W. Nielson, Bountiful; Grant C. Neath, Centerville; 20 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sister, Esther N. Fisher. Preceded in death by wife, Emma, wife, June, son, Grant K., grandson, Micheal, brother, Howard.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 6, 1990, 11 a.m., Bountiful 21st Ward Chapel, 650 South 200 East. Friends may call Wednesday evening, 7-9 p.m. at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main, and Thursday at the church, 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment: Bountiful City Cemetery.
