William F. Kee, Jr., 82, of Jonesboro passed away on Monday, September 26, 2011 at his home.

He was born August 31, 1929 at Jonesboro to William and Mabel McClune Kee Sr.

Mr. Kee was a truck driver and carpenter. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He loved spending time with his family and enjoyed just being at home.

William was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Frances LaNelle Duree Kee; a brother, Oscar Kee; and two sisters, Christine Zatarack and Lucy Kee.

Survivors include three sons and their wives, Kevin Kee of Goobertown, Kerry and Amy Jo Kee of Jonesboro, and Darryl and Angie Kee of Supply; grandchildren, Brent and Cory Kee of Supply, Jade Hedrick of Jonesboro, LariBeth and Autumn Hedrick of Union City, Tn; great grandchildren, Kelsey Kee of Supply and Hayden and Briar Blakley of Union City; three brothers, John Kee, Calvin Kee both of Jonesboro and Jim Kee of Union, MO; a sister, Virginia Adair of Jonesboro; and several nieces and nephews.

Arrangments were by Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home in Jonesboro.

Graveside funeral services were held at Pine Log Cemetery.
