"Austin Basil Miller, age 56, of Lake Brownwood, died Thursday, April 19, 2001, at his residence. Graveside services were held at 4 p.m. Friday at Coleman Cemetery PaviIion, under the direction of Stevens Funeral Home.

"Mr. Miller was born January 4, 1945 in Artesia, New Mexico, a son of Frank MiIler and Lee Ella Journey Miller. He attended schools in Coleman and joined the Navy in 1964, retiring in 1984. He married Anna Louise Brown in 1965 in Coleman. He owned and operated Lake Bridge Flea Market at Lake Brownwood and was a Baptist.

"Survivors include his wife, Anna Miller, of Lake Brownwood; one son, Larry David Miller of Webb City, Missouri; two daughters, Teresa Miller of Brownwood and Debra Miller of Webb City, Missouri; two brothers, Herman Miller of Lake Brownwood and James Miller of Eunice, New Mexico; two nephews, Louie Purcell of San Antonio and Harold Dean Purcell of Breckenridge; and four grandchildren, Crystal Miller, Loran Miller, Brittany Miller and Larry David Miller II, all of Brownwood.

"Mr. Miller was preceded in death by his parents and one sister."
