On January 24, 1934 at the age of 14 her mother died.
On September 3, 1949 at the age of 29 she married Harold Tabers at St. Jacobi Lutheran Church in Jennings.
June 1950 they were blessed with a baby.
March 1957 at the age of 37 her father died.
She was so excited when her grandchild was born and was an extremely proud grandmother.
Mildred worked at St. Louis Screw and Bolt Company along with many other members of her family over the years. She was a kind, generous, and devout woman who loved her entire family consisting of her siblings and many cousins.
