He was born March 26, 1983 in Fayetteville, Arkansas, the son of Lyle and Sherrie Seale Hayes.
Coy was a member of the New Sulphur Freewill Baptist Church in Prairie Grove, he graduated from Prairie Grove High School and was employed at the University of Arkansas as a computer tech.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Frances Hayes and grandfather, Dale Neugin.
Survivors include his Father and Mother, Lyle and Sherrie Hayes of Lincoln, Arkansas; one brother, Chad Hayes of Lincoln, Arkansas; paternal grandfather, Edward Hayes of Lincoln, Arkansas, maternal grandmother, Rachel Neugin of Lincoln, Arkansas and maternal grandfather, Macolm Seale of Mississippi; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, August 23, 2011 - 11:00 A.M. at New Sulphur Freewill Baptist Church in Prairie Grove, Arkansas, with pastors Randy Burris and Danny O'Neal officiating. Burial will be in Bethesda Cemetery in Morrow, Arkansas.
