Mrs. Elizabeth O'Toole, who had been a resident of San Rafael for more than 40 years, died at the home of her son, Fred P. O'Toole at 2194 Market Street, San Francisco, this morning. Mrs. O'Toole had been residing in San Francisco since the beginning of her illness, 6 months ago.

Mrs. O'Toole was one of the charter members of St. Matthew's Evangelical Church, and had been active in the affairs of the church. She had acted as a member of the church council and as president of the Ladies' Aid Society of the church.

The funeral will be held on Thursday afternoon at 2:30 from St. Matthew's Church. The Rev. G. Tillmans, pastor of the church, will preach the surmon. Interment will take place in Mt. Tamalpais Cemetery.
