Silas D.Cason, age 21, who died in the U.S. Army Hospital at Camp Sevier, Greenville, SC, Thursday. His body was brought to Waycross Saturday morning and taken to the funeral parlors of W.L. Hinson & Co. pending the arrival of relatives. The deceased is survived by one sister, Mrs. J.M.Myers of Greenville, SC and 3 brother's: David L. Cason, Web Cason, both of Waycross and W.W.Cason of Nichols,Ga. The funeral will be held Sunday morning at Rehobeth Baptist Church at 11 o'clock and burial in the cemetery behind the church.
