LAWTELL - Funeral services for Mrs. Belle Bourgeois Sr., 55, will be held Sunday at 1 p.m. at St. Bridget Catholic Church in Lawtell with burial in St. Bridget Cemetery.
Rev. Danny Pecard will conduct services.
Mrs. Bourgeois, the former Belle Smith, a resident of Lawtell, died Friday at her residence.
Survivors include: one son and his wife, Donald L. Bourgeois II and Pam of Port Barre; two brothers, Daniel Smith of Church Point and Donald Smith of Cankton; three sisters, Nellie Rose Venable of Lafayette, Dorothy LeJeune of Church Point and Shirley LeJeune of Richard; and three grandchildren, Logan, Mason and Drake Bourgeois, all of Port Barre.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald L. Bourgeois Sr. in June,
1995 and by her parents Elton Joseph and Lucy Hollier Smith.
