James "Jimmy" Clayton Horton, age 52, Douglas, GA passed away on Friday, July 22, 2011 following an extended illness. Mr. Horton was born on August 18, 1958. He was a truck drive for Paulk Livestock. Mr. Horton was preceded in death by his father: J. D. Horton. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 in the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. with interment following in the Elam Harper Cemetery. Survivors include: mother: Ludell Davis & stepfather: Lynn Davis, Douglas, GA; sisters: Sherry Horton, Douglas, GA, Anita (Ricky) Corbitt, West Green, GA; brothers: Franklin Horton, Denton, GA, John (Brenda) Horton, Nicholls, GA.
