Mrs. Martha Eppes Bradford, 87, a life-long resident of Leon County, died suddenly at her home 738 E. Park Ave. last night of an apparent heart attack.
Mrs. Bradford was the widow of the late Richard H. Bradford. She was a member of Pisgah Methodist Church, Daughters of the American Revolution and United Daughters of the Confederacy.
Funeral services will be conducted today at 3:30 p.m. at Culley's Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. W. L. Crater, pastor of Pisgah Methodist. Burial will follow in the family plot at Pine Hill Plantation, birthplace of Mrs. Bradford.
Survivors include one sister, Susan Ware Eppes; one brother in law, Robert F. Bradford; a nephew Richard H. Bradford; and two nieces, Mrs. Fred Parker and Mrs. Charles Roberts, all of Tallahassee, Florida.
