The Reverends Bill Dyson and Bill Warren will officiate and burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The body will lie in state 30 minutes prior to the service.
The family will be at Miller's Funeral Home from 7-9 tonight.
Born October 15, 1900 in Watauga County, Mrs. Smith was a daughter of the late Clenard and Nannie Simmons Greene.
Mrs. Smith was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
Survivors include the husband, Isaac Smith, three sons, 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, two brothers, and a sister.
Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by two sons, Riley and R. K. Smith; three brothers, Chilo, Luther and Zazah and a sister, Ora Smith.
