His mother is Hannah C Miles Dart. I believe she must be buried in Vermont as well, she passed about a year and a half after her husband. She had gone to Kansas, then returned to Vermont for her parent's 50th Wedding Anniversary early in 1868. She died in Vermont, her sons were in Kansas. At least one son, Miles James, returned to New York (near Vermont) to attend Quaker boarding school. The other sons were Charles Curtis and Andrew Holmes.
