He is survived by his wife of ten years: Laura Siciliano of Rockwall, TX; daughters: Rachael Siciliano of Tallahassee, FL, and Brynn Siciliano of Rockwall, TX; son: Nicholas Siciliano of Rockwall, TX; mother: Vange Bugel of Port St. Lucie, FL; sisters: Chris Vaughn of Port St. Lucie, FL, Cathy Coffman of Kelleys Island, OH, Claudia Siciliano of Sandusky, OH; and brother: Tony Siciliano of Lewisville, TX. Sam was preceded in death by his father: Italo Siciliano; stepfather: James Bugel; and sister: Connie Ferder.
A memorial service will be held 11:00am, Saturday, August 14, 2010 at Zion Methodist Church, followed by a graveside service in Kelleys Island Cemetery, Kelleys Island, OH.
