Judge R. T. Morgan Dies at Kellogg

The body of Judge Ralph T. Morgan, who died at his home in Kellogg Sunday night, accompanied by the Judge's family will arrive in Coeur d' Alene on the 11 0'clock train from Kellogg tomorrow morning and the funeral will be held at the Masonic Temple at 1:30. The ritualistic services of the Knights Templar being conducted. Interment will be made in the Forest cemetery.

Stricken with a Hemorrhage

Kellogg, Idaho Sept 6. Stricken last night with cerebral hemorrhage Judge R. T. Morgan, age 54, a pioneer of the North West, died at his home here today. The funeral probably will be held Wednesday at Coeur d' Alene, under the auspices of Masonic orders. Judge Morgan is survived by his widow, Mrs. Margaret Morgan; four daughters, Mrs. Ira A Robson and the misses Dorothy Morgan, Coral Morgan and Janet Morgan, all of Kellogg; two sons Alex Morgan, Kellogg and John T. Morgan, former Spokane newspaperman, now private secretary to Congressman J. Stanley Webster of Washington D C; two sisters, Mrs. Grace B Snow, Boise, and Mrs. Grace Morgan Stevens, Blackfoot.

Judge Morgan was the son of Judge John Morgan, one of the first supreme Judges of Idaho, and was born in Monmouth, Ill. He came to the northwest when a lad, later became a court reporter, was admitted to the bar and practiced in Moscow, Spokane, Coeur d' Alene, Harrison and for the last six years in Kellogg. He was Judge of the 8th judicial district in Idaho from 1902 to 1906, and was grand commander Knights Templar of Idaho.
