Baptized as Andreas Hans Helmuth Levenhagen at Lübkow on March 3, 1887. Illegitimate child of Andreas Prütz adopted by Friedrich Müller. Emigrated from Hamburg aboard the SS Normannia on May 22, 1890, arriving in New York on May 30. Confirmed at St. John's Lutheran Church on March 31, 1901.

Married Emma Loomis on December 11, 1915, in Michigan City, and together had one daughter:
Eleonora Adeline (b. October 23, 1916, in La Porte)

He worked as a day laborer in La Porte. Died of pulmonary fibrosis at La Porte on August 17, 1953, and was buried in St. John's Cemetery on August 20.

Andrew Miller, 66, of 1106 Wright Avenue, died at the Fairview Hospital yesterday afternoon at 2 o'clock following an illness of several years. The son of Frederick and Wilhelmina Miller, Mr. Miller was born in Germany Feb. 12, 1887, and came to America as a small boy. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church. A daughter, Mrs. Martin Vollrath of LaPorte; one grandson and a brother, William Miller of Michigan City, survive him. The funeral will be held at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon at the Haverstock Chapel. The Rev. Manfred E. Reinke will officiate with burial in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery. Friends may call at the Haverstock Chapel from tomorrow afternoon until time of services Thursday.
