Death of Robert Hamilton, Esq. We regret to have to announce the death of Robert Hamilton, Esq., which sad event occurred Sunday afternoon at 4 o'clock, at his residence near Duncansville. Mr. Hamilton was aged about 68 years. He was an excellent citizen, a kind husband and parent and a Christian gentleman. He was for many years a member of the Presbyterian church, and as elder of the church at Hollidaysburg. He was a few years ago one of the Commissioners of Blair county. Mr. Hamilton was a brother of Jonathan and John Hamilton, of Logan township, and the father of G. Lowry Hamilton, who died a few months ago.
