Born to Orrin Virgil & Maude E (Dodson) Hayward. Betty Esther (Hayward) Dutton married James Wesley Turner November 24, 1947 Butler, Bates, MO by First Christian Church minister, Harry R. Ford. Her marriage certificate and SSDI report show "Esther" as her middle name.
Her father died in 1929 and her mother married Louis Paul Grindinger December 14, 1929 Kansas City, Jackson, MO. She died Feb. 1, 1941 (Missouri dc 1724) and has no FAG memorial, supposed to be buried in cemetery in Independence, Jackson, MO. Her mother's name on marriage license to Mr. Grindinger said Maude Esther (Dodson) Hayward.

While there appears to be some sources suggesting Bonnie’s middle name was Esther it is well established in her family ties that she used Elizabeth as her middle name.
