Ralph was a 1961 graduate of Castle High School in Newburgh, Warrick Co., Indiana. He was the Security Administrator with Harvey Point Defense Testing Activity for more than 36 years. He was a member of Burgess Baptist Church where he served as a deacon. Ralph retired from the Perquimans County Volunteer Rescue Squad after 23 years, was a supply pastor for area churches and a former Gideon. He served in the Army as an MP and was stationed at Harvey Point.
