Walter, the son of Max and Nell (Tyler) DeVilbiss, was a resident of Prague most of his life. He married Margaret Little on Nov. 20, 1968, in Gainsville TX. Walter worked as a truck driver and a teacher and was a member of Calvary Way Church.
His parents, son Walter "Kelly" Thomas DeVilbiss, Jr., and one sister preceded Walter in death.
Survivors include his wife Margaret DeVilbiss, of the home; son and daughter-in-law Scott and Kerry DeVilbiss of Wheatridg CO; daughters and sons-in-law Sherri and Rusty White of Prague, Tammi and David Welch of Shawnee OK, and Sandi and Mike White of Falcon CO; and brother Max Harold DeVilbiss of Shawnee.
