William Wright Knabe (Uncle Bill), 92, of Midlothian, passed away December 3, 2004. He is survived by his wife, Katherine Downey Knabe; nieces, Brenda Osborne and Sallie Lloyd; nephews, Steve Downey, Harry Knabe Jr., Wayne Knabe and Gary Knabe; also numerous great-nieces and nephews. He was retired from Dominion Virginia Power, and was a member of the Powhatan Masonic Lodge and a member of Genito Presbyterian Church. He was a devoted friend and uncle, and will be greatly missed by all. The family will receive friends and relatives at the Huguenot Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Rd., on Sunday from 3 to 5 p.m. Graveside services will be held at Genito Presbyterian Church Cemetery on Genito Road in Powhatan, Va., on Monday at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Genito Cemetery Fund, 521 Petersburg Rd., Powhatan, Va. 23139.
