She was born April 18, 1945 to Rex Angus and Prudence Adrienne Porritt Giles in Myton, Utah.
She was a dedicated wife, mother, friend as well as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
She married the love of her life, Lee Ernest Karren on Dec.13, 1963. They made their home in Rangely, CO. until circumstances brought them to Utah Valley. Her current home was in Springville, UT.
She is survived by her children: Danny & Julie Karren, Melinda & Travis Hunsaker and J.Rachelle Karren, all of Springville, UT, 9 grandchildren, 1 great-granddaughter, 1 brother and 3 sisters as well as many other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband,parents and 1 sister.
