Mrs. Addie Grace Long, 66 of Ripley, died Friday at Jackson General Hospital after a long illness. She was born in Leroy, Feb. 13, 1908, daughter of the late Lorenza L. and Lydia McVay Crew Moncrief and was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church and the WSCS. Survivors include two daughters, Doris Randolph and Maxine Jordan, both of Ripley; two sisters, Zetta Casto and Ellen Jacks, both of Parkersburg; three brothers, Glen Crew of Westerville, O., Ernest of Parkersburg and Lawrence of Springfield, O.; one half-brother, Harold Crew of Akron, O.; seven grandchildren and two foster daughters, Brenda Carter and Beverly Douglas both of Ripley. Services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Epworth United Methodist Church with the Rev. Basil Hensley and the Rev. John Holbert officiating. Burial was in Pine Hill Cemetery. Vail Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
