GREAT BEND - Helen Leona Rohr, 89, died Aug. 1, 2007, at her home, Great Bend. She was born Aug. 21, 1917, in Ness City, the daughter of Andrew and Rosa Dinges Stecklein. A resident of Great Bend since 1954, coming from Ness City, she was a homemaker. She belonged to the Prince of Peace Parish at St. Patrick and Altar Society, both in Great Bend. On Sept. 29, 1941, she married Fred A. Rohr in Ness City. He died Nov. 24, 1994. Survivors include .. She was preceded in death by four brothers, Edgar, Marvin, Paul and Frank Stecklein; two sisters, Lillian Linenberger and Ida Wilert; and a grandson.Altar Society rosary will be at 4 p.m. Monday at Bryant Funeral Home, Great Bend. Vigil service will be at 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Great Bend Cemetery with Father Reginald A. Urban presiding.
