"Fanny Skinner" is listed in the 1880 US census in Alma, Buffalo Co., WI, "mother-in-law" in the home of James W and Charlotte Yule. James Yule had been a neighbor in Millburn, Illinois, of Lottie's half brother, Oliver B Skinner.
"Fannie Skinner" was buried on 9 Oct, 1891, in Minneapolis. Cemetery records indicate that she died in Perry, Iowa, no doubt at the home of her son, Elias Howard.
