This was just before his youngest son Llewellyn Brown was born in Jan 1868 in Clinton County, Iowa. The family later moved to Grundy County, Iowa which is where his wife Elizabeth Stumbaugh Brown later died and is buried with her children in the Lincoln Township Cemetery in that area.
