She is survived by daughters, Pamela Carter of La Habra, CA; Charlotte Tanner, of Las Vegas, NV; & Annette of Brea, CA; sons, Stephen, II & Geoffrey, both of Las Vegas, NV; Michael of Palmdale, CA; David of Dundee, IL; and Paul of Centerville, OH; sister, Julia Ione Cornwall of Sun City, AZ; 35 grandchildren & 5 great-grandchildren. Ruth was the daughter of Dr. Charles Fletcher Milligan and Orah May Balyeat Milligan who are buried in Clayton, New Mexico.
