Mr. Robinson engaged in sheep raising here for a number of years. For 16 years he was active in mining at Grass Creek, Summit County, before coming to Coalville 30 years ago.
He was a member of the Coalville ward LDS church.
Mr. Robinson was born February 8, 1895, at Upton, Summit County, son of William Henry and Ada Emily Clark Robinson. On September 26, 1917, he was married to Elizabeth Eldora Shaw at Coalville.
Surviving besides his widow and his father at Coalville, are a son and four daughters, Fred Robinson, Mrs. Martha R. Lamb, Mrs. Elva R. Gale, all of Coalville; Mrs. Beulah R. Saxton and Mrs. Emily Ball, Salt Lake City; two brothers, Oscar Robinson and Jack Robinson, both of Coalville, eight sisters, Mrs. Annie Staley, Kimberly, Idaho, Mrs. Carrie Williams and Mrs. Macil Bailey, Twin Falls, Idaho; Mrs. Elsie Hammond, Buhl, Idaho; Mrs. Clara Staley and Mrs. Lyda Newbold, both of Salt Lake City, and Mrs. Stella Diston and Mrs. Gladys Lamb both of Coalville; and nine grandchildren.
Burial was made in the Coalville City Cemetery.
