Quintin H. Ahr, age 86, of La Coste, Texas, passed away on August 8, 2011 in San Antonio. He was born on August 24, 1924 in La Coste to the late Julius and Alice Droitcourt Ahr. Quintin was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Charter member and Past Post Commander of the Medina Valley V.F.W. Post #8134.
He served his country in the Navy during WWII aboard aircraft carrier USS Hancock. Quintin was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, C. J. Ahr, Sharmane Lothringer, and Mary Ann Mann.
