Steven was born at Central Kansas Medical Center on March 6, 1975 at 12:42am to Steven and Dana (Caruthers) Schmidtberger Sr. and called away at 2:42am that same morning. He is the grandchild of Claude Keith and Donna Caruthers along with Paul and Vera Schmidtberger all of Great Bend Kansas.
