Miss Hattie Black Died Monday Night.

Miss Hattie Black, good lady of LaFayette, died at her home here Monday night. Miss Black had been in failing health for several years, and was a comparatively young woman at the time of her death. While her health for the past two or three years had not been the best, her death Monday night was unexpected.
She leaves one sister, Miss Mary Jim Black, of this city, and numerous relatives and friends.
The funeral services were conducted by Dr. W. H. Frazer, of Charlotte, N.C., and interment was in the LaFayette Cemetery Tuesday afternoon. Deceased was a member of the Methodist Church.
