Aldus M. Mellinger, seventy-five, Hinkletown, died at 11:45 a.m. in Ephrata Community Hospital after an illness of several months. He was a son of the late Abraham and Rebecca Mohler Mellinger, Lancaster RD, and was a member of the Hinkletown Mennonite Church. He was a district superintendent of the Pennsylvania Power and Light Company until his retirement 10 years ago. Prior to his employment with PP&L, he was engaged in the tinsmith business in Hinkletown. He is survived by the fo1lowing children: Anna, wife of Aaron S. Horst, Hinkletown; Benjamin Z., New Holland; Esther, wife of H. Landis Bair, Brownstown; and Abram Z., Hinkletown.
Three brothers, John C., Kissel Hill; Harvey, Ephrata R2; Samuel, Loganton; l6 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive.
