Born Serena (Rena) E. Dilday, to Isaac E Dilday and Sarena Skelton on Oct 16, 1909. Isaac lived in Arkansas and Sarah was from Indiana. Sarah's family moved to Arkansas where she and Isaac met and married. Isaac's brother John Buck Dilday and Sarah's sister Rachel also met and married each other.
Rena married Charlie Bishop, on September 7 1924. To them was born a son, Robert Bishop. Robert moved to San Diego California where he was married to his wife Ora and raised their son, Robert Jr. Rena and Charlie later divorced and she married Augusta Otto Harris Sr. 12/25/1928 in Muskogee, OK; Otto and Rena had 3 children, Augustus Otto Harris Jr, James Franklin Harris Sr and Dorothy Louise Harris. Otto SR died when Dorothy was only 8 mos old. James was 28 mos old and Jr was 4 yrs, 8 mos old. After Otto's death, Rena gave birth to a second daughter, Joyce Juanita Green/Harris. Rena's third and last husband was Jim Mashburn, they married November 1941. Jim died in 1956. Rena died on July 29, 1976 at St Francis Hospital, Tulsa, OK from surgery complications. Her physician was Dr. Nelson. She was survived by her 3 sons, Robert Bishop of San Diego, CA, Augusta Otto Harris Jr. of Tulsa, OK, James Franklin Harris Sr. of Tulsa, OK, 2 daughters, Dorothy L. Dunn/New/Harris of Tulsa, OK, Joyce Juanita Silky of Mannford, OK and 20 grandchildren. 3 great grand children.
